I am writing this update today because there is something going on with my teeth. In some of the previous articles I wrote that my teeth are under constant stress. And so I started to become aware of this tension and relax my teeth/jaws.

After couple of weeks of "relaxation" I thought that all is good when it comes to stress in my teeth and so I stopped doing my relaxation exercises. Unfortunately I have noticed that the tension is back and my teeth in the bottom jaw are being pushed out of line.

And so I asked myself a question about what is going on here ?

At first it seemed that there is nothing obvious which would be related to this situation. And so I could have stopped there and try to arrange an appointment with the dentist who would out the braces on my teeth and get them in place. This kind of procedure takes at least few weeks and it is rather expensive but at least I would have guarantee that my teeth would be straight.

But I did not give up on looking more into this situation and try to find the answer to my question. I already know from experience that I may not see the core cause of the problem straight away as it may be covered with many layers ( like an onion ) but I can always see the first top layer and all I need to do is to simply peel it off.

And so my first layer to be peeled off was to follow my plan with doing regularly my exercise with the teeth ( e.g. stretching, breathing, relaxation and cleaning my swirling my teeth with the mixture of coconut, linseed and olive oil ). Now... this is still in phase of experimenting and testing and thus I do not recommend anybody doing it at home yet until it is proven to "work".

To be continued
