Growing new teeth

I am catching up with posting online my articles.

This is the continuation of the previous article:

GROWING NEW TEETH - PART 1
GROWING NEW TEETH - PART 2
GROWING NEW TEETH - PART 3
GROWING NEW TEETH - PART 4

Few weeks ago I started the experiment with my teeth. By saying experiment I mean here that I would like to see whether I could do something with my teeth ( which are in a very bad condition - a lot of dental fillings, yellowish color some some new teeth wholes ) despite the generally accepted beliefs that:

1. We have only 2 sets of teeth throughout the whole lifetime. 2. It is not possible to regrow and regenerate teeth.

So far I have realised that my teeth are under constant stress and so in the last few weeks I have tried to pay attention to my jaws and teeth and relax them as much and as often as I could. And I have to say that after 3 weeks I see definitely big improvement in regards to this element.

Now... although I feel really proud and glad that I have made this realisation and then the change I realise that this is just one layer in the whole problem with my teeth. Thus I did not rest expecting stupidly that this is going to fix magically my teeth I continued walking forward. And here comes important point. If you read my last article then you should remember that I mentioned that this is a little bit like walking forward but unless you do not make first step you will not see what is around the corner. And so I have made my first step and now I start to see what I should do next.

In the last 3 weeks I have started to use the pure coconut oil to swirl it in my mouth. According to the information which I have found on internet this is apparently pulling the toxins from the teeth. So far what I can say that it helped me on 2 occasions with the sensitivity in my teeth.

To be continued
