So it has been already over 3 months since I have started an experiment with my teeth. And here is the update on what is happening with me.

1. I have lost 4 dental fillings in my teeth. I did not go to the dentist and thus my teeth are "open". They do not hurt and thus I have decided to not go to the dentist. Though I am very particular when it comes to cleaning my teeth after having meals as the rests of food get stuck into the holes and it could be the cause of an infection and weakening of my teeth. I have to mention here that I don't use the tooth paste or tooth brush and instead I use the syringe to rinse my teeth with water. So far it seems to be effective.

2. At some point of my experiment I noticed that my jaws and the muscles around them are under constant stress and tension pushing my teeth out of line. Thus I pay attention now to my jaws to make sure that they are relaxed. And I have to say that I can see big change when it comes to this point. I felt only once in the last week that my teeth are being pushed out of the line but then I applied the correction ( relaxation ) and now it is ok.

3. In the last 3 weeks I started to work with visualisation. The concept behind the visualisation is that I give my body the direction of what I would like to achieve with my teeth. And having this my body could start to repair my teeth. Here I need to say that in the beginning it was really difficult to actually imagine and visualise myself as having white and healthy teeth. But after doing my "mental" exercises regularly for few days I am able now to do it. Though I have to say here that in the last week I had a lot of work and I did not do my exercises as much as I should and I notice that now it is more difficult to visualise my teeth. So it tells me that I have made few steps backwards in regards to my experiment. And then it tells me that I need to maintain my discipline or otherwise my old habit of seeing in my mind my "bad teeth" takes over the new image of healthy and white teeth.

4. I use almost every day organic coconut oil to swish my mouth with it for 5 -10 min.

5. I also do some massage around my jaws as I notice that there are some sore points.

To be continued
