Growing new teeth

I am catching up with posting online my articles.

Yesterday I mentioned in my article about "not knowing what to write" that I noticed that my experiment with the teeth has gone backwards. Well... maybe I shouldn't say "backwards" but rather I should say that I have made a mistake which has slightly weakened my teeth.

Thus I suspect that my teeth have gone a bit worse because I have eaten too much lentils in the last 2 days. I remember one that some time ago I read an article explaining that the lentils should be soaked and sprouted to reduce the content of the phytic acid as apparently it reduces the mineral absorption and it is heavy on our digestive system.

And so maybe this thing with this phytic acid is accurate as this is the moment when my teeth have got a bit worse. I guess I should do some further studies and experiments with it.

Now... yesterday and today I have used the coconut oil to rinse my teeth and it feels as if my teeth got stronger and better again. They are still far from being perfect but I notice the improvement.

To be continued
