Yesterday's blog about sleep was very short. But the whole process is not about the volume but about myself and the process of change into what is best for all; into life. Thus yesterday there was important point for me to write and focus myself on the point of the sleep.

Thus yesterday I was very motivated and committed to the point of investigating and finally getting sorted the point about sleeping less than 8 hours - either "yes" or "no" and move onto the next point because this indecisiveness holds the whole process in the stagnation. And I see it and I feel it.

But in the morning this motivation and the commitments have somehow dissipated. They were not there as strong as in the evening when I was writing the blog and in the morning I was really, really struggling to get up. But I did it. I got out of bed and started to move - toilet, cup of water etc. I came back to bed but I did not lie down. I was doing my breathing exercise while sitting up. And in the end I managed to keep my commitment which I made the night before.

During the day I had some moments of tiredness but these moments didn't last too long. But still I have made 2 breaks of 20 min each when I lied down in bed setting alarm clock for 20 min. But I could not sleep and it was just a rest but it helped me a lot with keeping myself in good form.

And thus again... the results are very promising. The general state of the body is very similar to the moments when I started to do this experiment about 3 weeks ago. I sleep much less than normal but I feel much better and much more alert and alive than when I sleep over 8 or even 6 hours.

But to see whether this is beneficial for my body I need to prove it over longer period of time. Thus I will continue with it and I will keep you informed.

To be continued...
