This is the summary of my experiment with the sleep over the last week...

Last week I have not managed to wake up after 4 hrs at all. Well... I did set up the alarm clock and I always woke up to switch it off but I ended up falling into sleep again. The point with it was that I was trying to do the breathing exercises while lying in the bed and I fell asleep. Another point associated with it was that I was working till late on the computer despite my intentions to limit it and I was crossing "a point of equilibrium" after which my body goes into a state of accelerated tiredness which in some way affects the quality of my sleep and later it is more difficult to get out of bed after 4 hrs.

Thus this is the point which I really need to focus upon and be more effective with it because it looks like this is affecting the whole experiment.

Although I have not succeeded with waking up fully after 4 hrs of sleep I have managed to sleep ( together with one either two short sleeping/resting breaks during the day ) less than 7 hrs a day. Thus is the positive point for me within this experiment.
