Experimenting with sleep again

Last night I set the alarm clock after 4 hours but I stayed in bed and I fell asleep again and in the end I woke up after 6 hrs and 30 min. This is the typical error which I commit in the morning and that is the weakest point of mine which I need to investigate and sort out. But even though I slept more I didn't not feel rested and felt a little "cloudy" in my mind. Thus later during the day I took 30 min "beauty sleep" and in the evening I have also rested without sleep for 15 min.

It is kind of annoying but at least I start to see another important point within this process; another door which I need to open and go through. I notice that I tend to have problems with getting out of bed and I feel more tired when I work too much and too late on the computer before going to sleep. There is a point when I feel that I should finish my work on the computer because this is too much but yet I haven't finished with all the work for the day and thus I push my body over the edge. And through this I am overriding the natural clock of my body and I am pushing it too much. Thus I have to investigate this pattern and correct it because it looks like it is a crucial point within my experiment.
