7 YRS PROCESS - DAY 175 - THE CAUSE OF THE PROBLEM IS NOT WHERE THE PAIN IS - PART 3

GO BACK

The cause of the problem is not where the pain is

This is the continuation of the previous article:

THE CAUSE OF THE PROBLEM IS NOT WHERE THE PAIN IS - PART 1
THE CAUSE OF THE PROBLEM IS NOT WHERE THE PAIN IS - PART 2

I forgive myself that I have not allowed myself to realize that treating the symptoms of the pain is never going to be effective in giving permanent results that are best for all; treating the symptoms only suppresses the problem even further and it causes it to strengthen, which will manifest itself sooner or later again; thus I forgive myself that I have allowed myself to treat the symptoms instead of working with the cause of the problem.

I forgive myself that I have not allowed myself to realize that I am always directly the source of every problem which I face in my life because I am the creator of it; but because I deny this fact and I don't want to take responsibility for it thus I blind and fool myself with treating the symptoms and expecting that this will bring permanent solution to my problems.

I forgive myself that I have not allowed myself to realize that the accumulating problems in the world are the result of my actions and behaviors which only treat the symptoms instead of working with the real cause of the problem; and thus as long as I continue treating only the symptoms I will continue to experience the accumulating consequences of my actions.

I forgive myself that I have not allowed myself to realize that I my tendency to treat the symptoms comes from my desire to have my life as comfortable as possible without any consideration for the rest and for what is best for all; but within this I have missed the point that through focusing on treating the symptoms I create long term consequences for the whole world.

I commit myself to stop working with the solutions which are only best for me at the cost of others and work with the solutions which are best for all.
