This is the continuation of the previous article:
THREE KINGS PARADE IN SPAIN AND MOUNTAIN OF RUBBISH - PART 1
Now... the 33 tons of rubbish has been collected just in one city. And the other ones are no different.
So the question is how many tons of rubbish altogether generate in one day Spanish people ?
I have no statistics about it is huge amount !!!
But this is not just about the Spain. We all know that this thing with rubbish and official public celebrations ( e.g. New Year etc. ) is happening almost everywhere ( maybe apart from the poor countries and the native and aboriginal populations ). And that simply means that every time we have public and national celebrations we are adding many thousands of tons of rubbish globally. Some of it will be recycled but unfortunately some of it will end up in the nature with all the consequences for the environment.
So what should we do about it ?
You'll know... if you like to celebrate openly like you do now then continue doing it but stop for a second and think about what you doing to the world. And then try to find different ways to enjoys yourself without doing damage and harm to others. You must realise that all the rubbish that ends up in the nature causes a lot of harm to the animals and you are directly responsible for it. You can still celebrate but without all this rubbish.
And then what kind of celebration it is when you get so drunk that you don't remember what you do and then you end up being sick and having hangover the next day ?!
