To get through the weak moments you need to find the inner strength which does not depend on energy and/or anything outside of you. And so you will be there facing the weak moment and there will be nothing there motivating you to go forward. Or if there will be something it will be your mind, your thoughts and your ego trying to give you a good excuse which would make you to get into the old habit. And thus it those moments it will be just you. And then you have to make the decision of what you want to do. You will have to push or pull yourself out of this point. And you cannot be there for long because you will not stand the pressure of either going back into the old habits or making a step forward towards the real change. Although it may seem to be very difficult to push yourself in those moments, they are the moments of time when you can make the change to become something real.
Although these particular moments of change are very distinctive, sometimes you will miss to recognize them because you will fall into the old habits which will make you blind. And that is ok because it is part of the learning. As long as you do not give up on your inner desire to make the change you will get there again. And eventually you will be able to recognize them easier and then it will be also easier for you to make the decision which will take you forward instead of falling back in to the old habits.
The worst that can happen is that you get to this important moment and then you give up completely on your desire to change because you will accept and/or create a belief that it is impossible to achieve. And so you will fall back. And here this belief will kill you because you will fall back into the system and you will become like the rest of the people. Of course there is always a possibility that you will try to change again later in the future but then this probability is very low.
