Connecting the gap between the doctors and natural medicine

I am catching up with posting online my articles.

Today I had a chance to talk with the doctors about the treatments which I do together with my colleagues with the intention to find a way to combine our knowledge and experience and to try to work together for the betterment of the patients.

What I have to say about this experience is that although these doctors with whom I spoke today are somehow open for the concept of natural medicine it is still extremely difficult to talk with them ( and vice versa ). It is clear to see ( and hear ) that we speak 2 different languages. For example we have talked about the kinesiology. But then according to me kinesiology is a method to communicate with the body through muscle testing while to the doctors look at kinesiology as the study of the principles of mechanics and anatomy in relation to human movement. And this is just one example ( but there are many ) showing that the communication between the doctor and the practitioner of natural medicine is extremely difficult.

And then there comes also the point where the doctors tend to think that they are better and superior to the practitioner of natural medicine.

Thus what should we do about this communication gap ?
Is it worth at all to try to talk with the doctors ?

You'll see... the doctors are really good with certain aspects of the human body and they have developed and mastered methods for dealing effectively with many health issues. But that does not mean that they know absolutely everything about the human body and I have seen it and I have proven it on many occasions. And the same applies to me - I do not know everything what the doctors know. And I do not have the same experience.

Thus I would say that it would be really beneficial ( for the patients and the whole world in general ) to do something about the separation, which has been created between the doctors and the practitioners of natural medicine. Although I know that this is not going to be an easy process ( my first reaction after the conversation today with the doctor was: "No way... !!! I am not going to work with this guy" ) I will investigate and see whether I can do something about it.

Though one thing is for sure. I need to see that the doctor is ready and open to learn and respect what I know and what I have proven to be helpful for the patients.
