Discipline to eat

I am catching up with posting online my articles.


I am sure that one day ( when we stop existing as mind which requires energy for its existence ) we will reach the state when we do not need to eat to sustain ourselves and our body in this reality. Though at the moment food is a crucial element for our survival.

But even tough this is a crucial element some people need to force themselves to eat.

How is it possible ?

Well... look... once the mind and ego takes over our being ( which is life ) then anything that is illogical is possible. And so there are people who see themselves getting sick, loose weight and being weak but yet they have to literally force themselves to eat. And so... instead of doing something which is normal and natural they have to keep strict discipline and sometimes be under supervision of the doctors or family to assure that this person eats regularly.

So how to practically deal with it ?

Well... this is just like any other problem which we face in our lives. If you want to get out of it you must make the decision within yourself as yourself that you want to do it and then you must identify all the emotional attachment points which you have within your mind and work them through.

You'll know... this may be a very complicated psychological problem with many layers within the mind which contribute and manifest themselves as aversion to food and it may take many years to work it out but the nature of the problem is very basic - the ego and the mind consciousness system.

And thus to deal practically with this problem we must be ready to face ourselves and our mind and ego. We must dissemble and free ourselves from every mind element which contributes to this problem. If we don't do it then we will always be entrapped in never ending cycle of getting better and then falling back again and again and again.
