Forgiving others and forgiving self

I am catching up with posting online my articles.

This is the continuation of the previous article:

FORGIVING OTHERS AND FORGIVING SELF - PART 5

One interesting thing is that once you start to see clearly that cutting down the branch on which you are sitting is going to lead you inevitably to falling down with consequence of injuries and even death, you will not want to do it ever again. And so your family and your friends may get really pissed off with you and they may not want to talk with you ever again but no matter what you will not go back into cutting down your own branch.

But before you get to the point when you start to see the reality with clarity it may be necessary that you cut down many branches and you get many injuries. You'll see... falling down and hitting the ground painfully puts momentarily in shock your whole ego and mind consciousness system. And in this moment your mind system shuts down momentarily which gives you the possibility to see the reality as it is. You may be in great pain as a result of the fall but you have the moment of seeing the reality or at least some part of it. But even this small part is already something very important because this will stay with you for your whole life and it will literally drive you crazy unless you start to research and investigate what happened there in that moment.

Obviously you will be able to see the reality with clarity only for as long as the mind is shut down because once it jump starts again it will immediately start to project all the beliefs, thoughts, feelings, emotions etc. which will make you blind again. And then you will not take responsibility for the fall ( in the end it was you who was cutting down the tree ) but instead you try to blame somebody for the fall from the tree. For example you will blame somebody that he was jumping too much and the vibration have caused the breaking of the branch and so you will sue this person in the court for the damages from the injuries.

I know that this is all insane and it may be difficult to comprehend but this is how the ego and the mind operates. And this is current reality of humanity. We cut down the branches on which we are sitting and then we try to find somebody to blame and to pay for the damages.

To be continued
