7 YRS PROCESS - DAY 1003 - SICKNESS IS LIKE A LOOSE SCREW - PART 5

GO BACK

Sickness is like a loose screw

I am catching up with posting online my articles.

This is the continuation of the previous article:

SICKNESS IS LIKE A LOOSE SCREW - PART 4

Look... treating the symptoms will give us relatively quick relieve ( pain killer, operation etc. ) and once we "feel better" then we rush to continue with our life and business as we did before. And here you do not understand that how you live your life, how you work, how and what you think, what emotions you feel etc. contribute to you getting sick. And if you take the pain killer or other medicine then you only supress the symptoms and you continue to make yourself sick. But the things is that you are only making it worse for yourself because it is just a matter of time when you get sick again. So here you do not tighten the loose screws but instead you find some quick and relatively cheap solutions.

Now I will give you an example of how it was for me when I got sick and how I was going through the process of healing.

Thus we started to look for the weak points in my body and after we identified them I started to change my diet and take supplements to deal with the deficiencies in my body. Thus the priority is to strengthen the physical body as otherwise there is a possibility of going into some kind of serious condition which may require hospitalization. And we do not really want this ass the medications from the doctors could cause some secondary side effects. If there is urgency then no problem but otherwise I prefer to keep away from hospitals as much as possible.

Anyway although I give my body the chemical elements that are missing first few days ( depends on the severity of the sickness ) are rather rough as the sickness has gained its momentum in the body and it does not stop in an instant.

And you'll know what ?

These rough days help me to clarify one important thing. This is what I though at least few times a day:

"If I get through it then no fucking way I am going to allow it to happen again".

Look at couple of extremely important words which I am using in the phrase above.

1. The word "if" shows that the condition was quite serious to the point that I didn't know if I would survive it. It is for sure that if I left it untreated then there was a danger to my body. This would not happen so quickly as if that was necessary I would go to hospital and the doctors would keep me alive although their medicine would cause most probably series of side effects.

2. The word "allow" shows that I have already realised in my life that I have created my sickness and thus I must do some changes to prevent it from happening again. I may not see in that moment all the correction ( it could be correction within the dimension of thoughts, emotions, feelings, electromagnetic field or on the physical plane ), which I need to apply but at least I am starting to look for them instead of playing the role of innocent victim.

To be continued
