Pattern - Tiredness and mess in my house

This is the continuation of the previous article:

So this is all a vicious cycle. If I am not careful I will get entrapped in it and pulled into the shit hole deeper and deeper.

Thus how to deal with this effectively ?

Well... the solution is quite simple. As always. No matter how complicated the problem is and no matter how complicated the problem may seem to be, there is always a solution and what is most important is that each of us knows what needs to be done to solve the problem.

Look... I have been discussing this topic many times with my clients. I was trying to guide them and advise them about what they should be doing to correct the problem. And every time ( without exception ) they say the same: "I was thinking about it but somehow I did not do it". If you have this thing in your mind that you would like to solve all the global problems at once in an instant, then you will fail. And this is guaranteed. The big problems did come in one day. They are the result of accumulation of many small problems. And thus all that we need to do is to star with solving the small problems and then the whole mountain will start to get smaller.

Thus let's go back to my problem with tiredness...

In my case I also know what I should be doing. But I did not do it and thus I have allowed the mountain to grow a little bit too much. Anyway I have decided to do it now. Thus for me the solution was to clean the house instead of going to bed to get the rest and postpone the cleaning for later. And once I did the cleaning I immediately started to feel better and less tired.

But this was just one of the corrections. Then I have also realized that I must organize myself better with my work and not to take any additional responsibilities unless I have time for it. Apart from this I have decided that I will put a certain limit in regards to how much work I do in one day. The reason for this is that once I work a lot in one day then I am really tired the next day and it is very difficult for me to work at all. Thus for example instead of doing 16 hours in one day it would be better to work 8 hours each day. Once I work 16 hours straight then I need to have rest for 1,5 - 2 days but when I work 8 hours each day then I am much better off in the long run.

And as a 3rd solution I need to reorganize my work on the computer and be disciplined with it.

To be continued
