7 YRS PROCESS - DAY 2553 - JTL SUMMARY - PART 4

GO BACK

JTL summary

Thus I do not want to change the world any more because it will change automatically when most of the people decide to change themselves. I do not want to force or try convince anybody to change themselves. I do not want to get excited because I discovered a method for healing and helping others. I do not want to hope that others will change. In any case I am interested greatly in achieving my own perfection ( utmost potential ) and create the harmony in my life and on my direct field of influence. And if others get inspired and would like to get my assistance then I am always there.

WHICH POINTS DID NOT CHANGE DURING THE 7 YEARS OF JTL ?

First of all I need to mention the sleep. I started experimenting with sleeping less already before the JTL. I had periods when I slept around 4-6 hours. But in the last year I fell back into sleeping more ( 6-8 hrs and sometimes even more ) as I see it an effective way in recovering from periods of intense work.

There other point that I struggled with was masturbation with watching porn. I stopped at some point but it was based on the judgement that it is bad. So I gave it a negative polarity charge. Obviously charging it up and giving it my power eventually pulled me back to the opposite polarity. Then I had times when I started to watch porn again. And it was this on and off until I realised this play of polarities. Now I have stopped doing it but the decision made in peace. I do not see it as bad or good but I do not want to participate in it as this is not the reflection of what is best for all. Of course I refer here to a situation where porn carries the elements of abuse etc. Watching naked people having sex with love is not the same as watching porn where people are being abused by others or by themselves. Those who want to participate in these experiences are free to continue doing it. I made the choice to stay away from it.
