So I had the 3rd day in a row without work. I left my house and I went to see my friends with whom I do meditation once a week. On the way back I bought some things for my work and it was evening when I got back home. It was interesting because it was too late to go to the gym but I did not want to skip training. I did something already in the morning at home but the plan is to do it twice a day. So I thought that it is better to do something at home rather than skip the training completely.
I am glad that I did it because this gave me new idea. Instead of going to the gym every day I can go there 2 or 3 times a week and do the heavy training. I have some exercise tools and bars at home but I do not have heavy disks. So I want to do more exercises at home and then do intensive training with heavy weights in the gym 2 or 3 times a week. This is a good idea as my muscles will get break and rest and they will be again ready for heavy training in 3 days.
Today I did already meditation 2 times. But I want to do another one although it is late.
Yesterday I did a lot of breathing exercises and maybe this is the reason why I had a very good results on my medical instrument. I want to see how it goes tomorrow although I did not breathe like yesterday. But I ate almost the same thing and so it will be easier for me to isolate and determine which factors affect my tests.
Today I managed the day with 1 meal without any problems. I did not have any crisis etc. It went smoothly. And again I want to point out that mediation and better breathing helps with it.
