And so this was the 4th day of the experiment with new diet program. It was rather difficult though not so much because I was hungry but simply because this week is very intensive workwise and I start to notice the accumulation of tiredness.
Anyway I slept around 8 hours. In the morning I followed the routine with minerals and later I did exercises. Though it was shorter version as I had very intensive day yesterday. And then I went to work. I decided not to go to the gym today as I feel that my body needs some rest especially that tomorrow is another busy day ahead of me.
This morning I was surprised that I had extra 200g of my body weight when I stepped on the scale. I was actually expecting that I would have less as I am burning calories at work and at the gym. And then I eat only one meal. We will see whether this trend continues. So far all is going good. But I need to be careful as in the past I had similar situations when I keep good for few days and then suddenly I break down under the continuous stress at work. In any case after tomorrow I plan to have a day off.
I had the temptation to waste time on the computer. Just checking up unimportant things on Youtube, Ebay, Amazon etc. But I remind myself that I did that kind of behaviour in the past and it is not constructive. Now I need to get rest. It is a small thing but yet it is very important as I want to break here a mind pattern. So this is the end of article and now I switch off my computer.
