I am catching up with posting online my articles.
Thus I allowed myself to sleep longer last night. But it was still not enough. I woke up in the morning and I felt a bit weak. I checked my body weight and indeed I lost half a kilo. And that is for me a sign that I work too much. I decided to postpone of my appointments for tomorrow and after the breakfast I went back to bed. And this was really good idea and it helped me to feel better and ready for the treatment that I had scheduled. After this I ate something small. This was the first time when I decided to have 3 meals in a day since I started my experiment with 2 meals a day. And after this I went back to bed to get some rest before the next appointment.
And so this was my day. Having a lot work and sleeping and resting as much as I can to regenerate and refresh as this week is very intensive. I am pleased how I manage my resources.
I did not do exercises today for obvious reason and the same with meditation. I will try to do something after I finish this article. Tomorrow I have couple of appointments but that should be less intensive. In any case I will try to sleep as much as possible tonight.
So this was my day and I want to finish it here.
