I am catching up with posting online my articles.
It's been 48 hours since I ate something last time. I woke up in the morning without the craving for food that I had before I went to sleep. I did myself the test with my medical instrument and it was good. I started work on the computer for couple of hours and later I took a break as I started to feel a bit weak. But this is normal. During my break I lied down and I did breathing exercise with meditation. This helped although I still felt a bit weak.
In any case I had an appointment with the client so I took a dose of supplements and I went to work. I felt ok when I was doing the treatment but still preferable I should restrain from working when I do fasting longer than 24 hours.
Ah... I need to mention that during my fasting I take supplements as they detoxify my body. At the same time taking minerals makes it less brutal on my body. I am also observing my body weight. So far I have lost about 2 kg but then I also did the colon cleansing which contributed to this weight loss.
So now I will do a test with my instrument and I go to sleep. I have not done meditation yet so probably I will do a shorter version now. Tomorrow morning I plan to eat something but then if I feel ok and if I do not loose too much weight then I might continue for 1 more day.
What does it give me this fasting ?
Well... I feel lighter. The breathing is easier. Something is different. And then I know that this break makes me also to appreciate and enjoy food when I start to eat it.
