I am catching up with posting online my articles.
Today I did not have any work. I stayed at home and I did my experiment with the breathing. I want to see if I can give my body energy for functioning instead of depend primarily on food and sleep.
This is the second day of this experiment and I already see the difference when I breathe. I have moments when I do not breathe effectively, which means that my body is using its own resources ( food, minerals and other reserves ) to obtain the energy for its functioning. But then when I breathe deeper I feel the difference.
As I said yesterday I have already the technique and method for effective breathing and now I just need to do it continuously. The need for continuous breathing comes from the point that we function most of the time in the energy deficit and the body needs to use its own resources. I am certain that I will find other ways of obtaining energy or I find another more effective breathing technique but for now I need to use what I have. And that means that I need to breath deep all the time. At least for a period of couple of weeks to be able to see if that is something practical and effective. Some signs that it is effective will be that I sleep less, I am less tired and/or I eat less. Anyway at the moment I have the big challenge with maintaining the effective breathing especially in the moments when I do something. Then I tend to fall into the old pattern of shallow breathing.
So we will see how it goes.
