I am catching up with posting online my articles.
Today I did the exercises 3 times. In the morning I went for a run on the beach. Then I did some exercises at home and in the evening I went to the gym. I feel rather ok although I notice a little bit of weariness as if I was doing some physical work all day.
Today I had a close look at my time in the different light and I have to say that I have a layer of fat around my belly. I never had anything like this before ( or maybe I was not aware of it in certain periods of my life ). but even though I am fascinated by the fact that I was able to put on weight as I had always problems with building up my weight. From time I succeeded but then I lost it very fast when I had more work or accumulation of responsibilities in my life. But this time I am able to put on weight and keep it there rather easy. This comes mainly from implementing mineral supplements and more fat in my diet which gives me more calories than I burn in one day. Anyway now I want to reduce this fat layer in my body and that is why I decide to do more exercises. Also I will reduce the amount of fat in the form of Greek yoghurt that I have been consuming regularly in the last couple of months.
Finally I make some progress with my investing. After facing the losses of 50% in the last couple of months, I started to make some significant profits this month thanks to the rise of the cryptocurrencies.
Now it is late. I need to get some rest as I have customer in the morning.
