I am catching up with posting online my articles.
Last night I worked until very late on the computer because I wanted to finish something and in the end I slept only 4 hours. I did not feel very tired during the day but then the results on my medical instrument were not so good. I do not want to say that this is the result of short sleep unless I investigate it further in the future. Apart from this there are at least 3 elements that could influence my test results - eating cacao powder, short sleep and working long on the computer.
The thing with the cacao is that my colleague has mentioned to me that the package contains aluminium and this later gets into the cacao and later into the body. Aluminium is a heavy metal which is toxic and when the body gets overloaded with it then the person could feel weak and/or even get sick if somebody takes any toxic substance for a long period of time.
I feel tired and thus I want to finish my article here.
