7 YRS PROCESS - DAY 1779 - STIRRING UP THE EGO - PART 1

GO BACK

Stirring up the ego

The project that I am working on is a creation of a place ( center ) where people will be able to receive help and assistance in regards to health understood as balance and harmony in the body and within the being. I would like to make it a bigger "place" and so I plan to work and cooperate with other therapists.

The whole concept and idea of this center is based on the principle of what is best for all. And that means ( among many dimensions of quality ) that there is no hierarchy ( e.g. myself being on top of it as a founder of the center ). The plan is to work in equality with other therapists who are equal to each other. Though each and every single person working there must understand that this is also their child and they need to take care of this child equally. Equally does not mean that everybody must work for example 8 hours a day. It simply means that everybody gives in self-honesty their 100% within their capacity to give and do things.

The concept and idea behind this whole healing and therapy center is noble though I see that this is not enough to get people to work so easy in harmony. I see that there is still so much ego and it will require a lot of work to get the roots of the ego of the persons interested to work in the center.

Thus I have already 6 people interested to work on the project. But the arrival of the newest 6th person has stirred a lot of ego. It is a good sign because now we can see it and work on it but then... unfortunately not everybody sees it yet this way and it may be a challenge to get people to realise it. In any case I have no other option than to talk to people and make them aware of this point. And if I see that somebody resists to open their eyes and continues to blame and judge others instead of transforming the ego "on the go" then this person will be asked to leave the team ( as a result of the decision of the group ) until s/he comes to the realisation of the presence of ego.

For me it is clear that the whole concept of the project must be built right from the beginning on the principle of what is best for all and there must be no compromise to it at all. I take into consideration that one day we may make a mistake but still we need to do everything possible to avoid making the mistakes. And now I see that there has been movement of the ego ( activated by the arrival of a new person to the team ) and it requires to be brought to attention and awareness of each person so that each one can transform it effectively and as soon as possible.
