7 YRS PROCESS - DAY 1698 - WEIGHT LOSS AND THE INCREDIBLE STRENGTH - PART 2

Weight loss and the incredible strength

I am catching up with posting online my articles.

Thus I have been on this new dietary program for about 2 months. I need to spend some extra money on the supplements but then on the opposite side I spend less on my grocery shopping. You'll see... now my body receives all the necessary nutrients ( minerals and vitamins ) and I do not need to obtain it anymore from eating excessive amounts of foods which are poor in nutrients. My body is not that big but still the amount of foods that I was easting every days was corresponding to somebody who weighs at least 90-100 kg. So you'll see... the mineral supplements are rather expensive but because I save on my grocery shopping so the final price of it is much lesser.

Anyway... now I eat less foods and I have lost about 4 kg of my body weight. But yet when I train in the gymnasium I can see that my strength is close to my "record numbers". And this is for me also a confirmation that my new diet with the supplements is effective. Of course I would like to recover my 5 kg of my body but then I realise that for this I will need some time. It is simply that first I need to clean my body from the toxins. This takes time and at the same time this is the utmost priority and my body is using a lot of energy and resources to do this job. And I realise that only when my body cleanses itself then it will redirect all the resources and energy towards regeneration of the cells and the build up of muscles.

This is so interesting. But then it is necessary to have a lot of patience, discipline and dedication because this process is relatively slow. And most of the people do not understand it as they want quick and easy solution like taking the pills and forget about the pain. And this is our problem because forgetting about the pain is not the same as finding the solution and making the appropriate correction.
