7 YRS PROCESS - DAY 1674 - SLEEPING TOO LONG - PART 2

GO BACK

Sleeping too long

I am catching up with posting online my articles.

So last night I got motivated to do something about my sleep and in the end I slept around 2 hours. I was doing some things around the house and I managed to stay awake. But there is something important to it. I have mentioned in the last articles that I have done changes with my diet and I use new mineral supplements. Altogether this gives me more energy and strength to cope with the excess of work which I have in the last couple of months.

Thus last night I decided to do something about my sleep. And so I took the caffeine and guarana supplement and that gave me a boost of energy. Now it is important to make it clear. I am very careful when it comes to taking supplements. It is simply that most of them work like the most of pills from the doctor ( antibiotics etc. ) and they treat the symptoms and at the same time they carry the risk of serious side effects. Thus I have decided to take/try these supplements because I was assured by my colleague ( who has got much more experience in the field of natural medicine ) that they are natural and don't have side effects.

And so last night I have taken extra doses of the minerals and also I took guarana and caffeine. And it worked. Obviously in the morning I wanted to stay longer in my bed ( and as matter of fact I slept twice as much as intended - I slept 2 hours instead of 1 hour ) but I got out after about 2 hours and I managed to stay awake all day.

I had some moment of crisis in the late evening/night ( around 11 pm ) but this was also related to the fact that I came back from the gym and I was hungry. But before I ate my dinner I took extra dose of minerals and then also I took guarana and caffeine and then the tiredness has got decreased. We'll see if I will be able to stay awake all night and have 1-2 hours of sleep.

In the past I managed already to sleep 1-2 hours and on some occasions I slept only 30 min or even nothing at all. But I never really managed to do the same on the 2nd night. It usually ended up that I fell into a deep sleep and I woke up may hours later with the hangover like symptoms.

Anyway we'll see if I manage to break my "record". Of course somebody could say that I am cheating because I use external help ( pills/supplements ) to reduce my sleep but then if this is effective way and there is no side effects then why not. At least for now until I discover a method for sleeping less or nothing at all without pills/supplements.

To be continued
