7 YRS PROCESS - DAY 1627 - 21 DAYS OF POSITIVITY - PART 37

About trusting other people

I am catching up with posting online my articles.

Thus one of my friends ( another therapist of natural medicine ) has told me that it has been proven scientifically that those who are sick and their body does not function properly also have the tendency to make the decisions which are beneficial/optimal for them and for others. I have seen this behaviour within myself when I was going through the process of sickness. One day I was in the supermarket and I noticed that I had desires for foods which I know that are not healthy for me. And I even bought myself a yogurt ( 1 litre ) and ate it all. I know that for most of the people in this world yogurt is everyday food and they are convinced that this is healthy for them. Well... guess what ? Because this food is highly processed and stripped off from essential nutrients ( I refer here to the most of the yogurts in the supermarket ) then you are putting your body under enormous stress when it needs to digest it. Thus you'll see... I have satisfied my desire for yogurt and it made me feel better but this was only my desire to cover up the symptoms. In any case it was very strange for me to see that I have this desire within myself. But then I have heard about a similar type of behaviour from other people being sick and now it has also been confirmed by the scientists.

Anyway let's get back to the thing with enriching the soil.

Thus we have come to the point when the soil is poor in nutrients. As a result of it the food we eat does not have enough nutritional value and we do not get all the necessary elements and minerals necessary for correct functioning of our body. This causes that we are weaker and sicker and we tend to have weird desires and we make decisions which are not optimal/beneficial for us and others ( including earth ). And within this we have a situation when we choose the "easy and comfortable solution" of putting all the rubbish with organic waste in one plastic bag and put it in rubbish deposits. I know that some countries ( e.g. Germany ) collect this organic waste from individual households and reuse it in the farming but most of the people don't do it.
