7 YRS PROCESS - DAY 1446 - WORKING TWICE AS MUCH AND BEING OK - PART 2

GO BACK

Working twice as much and being OK

I am catching up with posting online my articles.

This is the continuation of the previous article:

WORKING TWICE AS MUCH AND BEING OK - PART 1

Anyway the main point here is that somehow I manage with this extra load of work. I manage to do something which I thought was not possible. I know that what I do ( this excessive work ) is not completely balanced and "body-friendly" but still I manage to do it. Of course I do not want to work like this all the time. Because then my life is no life and it is only work.

But still if I tried to look at what keeps me going and coping with this and still I do not have clear answers. Though there are few points which certainly contribute to it.
1. Thus this year I really pay strict attention to my nutritional aspect. I monitor my body weight and I do not let myself to skip any meals. 2. When I see that I have a lot of work then I cut on other activities like going to the gym and other form of strenuous exercises.
3. I have reduced the amount of hours that I used to spend working on the computer and I would say that this is also one of the main elements which contributes to my tiredness and it weakens my body. But this year I worked less with it.
4. I keep myself stable. In the past I was involved into relationships which were demanding and difficult and I guess it was also affecting negatively ( weakening ) my body.
5. I am very clear in my goals - "what is best for all" - and I make my decisions ( including my work ) according to this principle. So I would say this this element is also crucial in helping me to keep strong.
6. I have to also mention that I have experimented in the last couple of months with geometrical structures and how they affect human body. According to my studies these structures help to balance the electromagnetic field of the body and thus I would say that this also helped me to stay strong.

As I said I do not want to work like this all the time and I have already made appropriate decisions so that I may have more rest and more time to regenerate and rejuvenate my body and keep strong. So I guess I am doing quite well.
