I am catching up with posting online my articles.
I write this title because I saw a video on Facebook pointing out the USA military is planning to spend 1.5 trillions of dollars on their new military jet plane. But still I do not know yet what I am going to write here in this article.
So let's start and see what I come up with...
One thing is for sure... we can see clearly what our priorities are here. And obviously it is not LIFE !!! We spend money on guns which will destroy and take life.
Why do we make such a choices ?
Well... of course there are many people out there who are angered by it and they show their disapproval in the comments on Facebook etc. It is good to have this comments but still they will not stop the production of these planes and other military equipment which cost trillions of dollars.
So how could we stop ( or reduce ) spending so much money on military equipment ?
Well... here we would have to look at who is making the decisions about the spending money on military ?
The answer is obvious. It is the government.
So why is it so that the government spends so much money on military instead of health care, helping those who are homeless, poor and starve ?
This is actually a very good question which only relatively few people ask themselves as they think that expressing their anger and disapproval through comments on Facebook is all that they can do about.
