7 YRS PROCESS - DAY 1138 - 21 DAYS OF SELF-DISCIPLINE - DAY 3

GO BACK

21 days of self-discipline

I am catching up with posting online my articles.

This is the continuation of the previous article:

21 DAYS OF SELF-DISCIPLINE - DAY 1
21 DAYS OF SELF-DISCIPLINE - DAY 1A
21 DAYS OF SELF-DISCIPLINE - DAY 2

It is interesting to see how this experiment is changing my life so quickly. Practically there is no more time wasting activities in my day. I stay focused and I do my tasks. When I see that I am not effective and/or productive ( especially when it comes to work on the computer ) I leave it for some time and I have a rest. I do not push myself over the critical point of tiredness and I see that this is much more efficient way of functioning and working.

I make myself the daily list of my tasks to do and I follow it. If I cannot finish all of them I leave them for the next day. But then I do not take new tasks unless I am finished with the previous ones. This way I avoid the stressed caused by the mountain of unfinished tasks.

Of course this is just 3rd day and I need to test myself for another 18 days but still I am very pleased with how it is going so far.

Last night I did not manage to sleep less. I did wake up after 17 minutes with the alarm but then I fell asleep quickly and I woke up after 7 hours. I did not make any short sleeping breaks during the day and thus the 7 hours was the sleep for the whole day.

To be continued
