How to stop and reverse cold and flu without medicine

Thus if you have some beliefs like: "it is normal to have cold at least once a year" or "it is just the way it is and it cannot be changed" then you will have to stop powering this beliefs and eliminate them from your mind. As a matter of fact once you stop giving your power to the beliefs then they will disappear as they will have no energy to sustain them and thus you do not have to do anything special to eliminate them apart from fueling them with your thoughts.

Some people can simply realise the nonsense of the beliefs in an instant while others may need some time. Thus if you struggling with it then you may apply the self-forgiveness ( you may learn more about it from Desteni I Process Course ) and self-commitment statements and "work out" the beliefs in your mind.

Once you release yourself from the limiting beliefs then you can go to the next step. So now you must relax and slow down your mind and preferably stop all your thoughts. What I do here is that I lie down on my bed and I start to breathe deep. I have realized that every time when I notice the first symptoms of the flu my breathing is very shallow. Thus I get myself to breathe. But don't think that this is going to be so easy. I mean the process itself is easy but because my mind is starting to take over me then I need to push myself to start to breathe and then continue to breathe deep. And this is one of the key elements to the success. You must realise that your mind does not want to breathe as this is lethal for its survival and thus it will find all sorts of excuses and justification to do it later etc.

Thus let's continue... once I lie down on my bed and I breathe deep I try to slow down my mind. This is another realization which I have made. Once I start to get the first symptoms of the cold or flu I see that my mind is accelerated. And thus I try to slow it down and relax. I remember that I was comparing in one of my articles the mind to the car engine. Once the engine goes on the high revs it uses much more petrol and at the same time produces a lot of toxic gases as a by-product. And so it is with the mind. It also produces toxins which overload the body and then then our body uses higher temperature ( fever ) to eliminate and neutralize them. And thus by reducing the revolutions of my mind ( slowing down or even stopping the thoughts completely ) stops further overloading the body and it gives the body the chance to eliminate the toxins without the need to go through the whole process of flu and cold. And this is another key element which allows me to stop and reverse the development of cold/flue in my body.

Obviously I must also evaluate my life and see where and why I have allowed that the mind jumps on the high revs and then change it. And here is the same thing as with breathing - I am bombarded with lots of different excuse from my mind to not do it e.g. I do not have time, I have my appointments, I have to finish now with my open project, my business cannot run without me etc.

I know that this is very unusual way to approach the topic of cold and flu. But it worked for me. And then I have already said before I am not the first and not the only one who talks about it. Just because you have never heard about it, it does not mean that it does not exist.
