7 YRS PROCESS - DAY 921 - SICKNESS AND LAZINESS GO HAND IN HAND - PART 1

GO BACK

Sickness and laziness go hand in hand

I am catching up with posting online my articles.

Would it be correct to say that laziness is the cause of the sickness ?
But if we would answer this question as "yes" then what kind of sickness causes the laziness ?
What do we put in our medical dictionaries ?

You'll see... it is rather difficult to make a statement that laziness is the cause of sickness but it absolutely true to say that laziness and sickness go hand in hand.

Look at this example...

One of my friends has been telling me already for some time that he has got certain problems with this health. He struggling to walk up the stairs, he is overweight, he has got some pains and aches in his back and shoulder and few other things.

Now... I am a therapist of natural medicine and whenever somebody tells me ( especially my friends ) that they have certain health problems I am there to assist and help them as much as I can. And so I did advice my friend of what he should be doing to get better.

Then we met few months later and during the conversation my friend mentioned to me that he is noticing that he is having more symptoms and he is getting worse. So I told him again that he must be doing something to get better. You'll know... nothing complicated. I have noticed in my practice that the "sticking to" the basic principles and common sense and logic can make literally miracles.

Now... after talking for a while with my friend he asked a question:

"Do I really have to do exercises ?... and do I really have to change my diet ?..."

And here we have the element of laziness. The best ( according to my friend ) would be to go to the pharmacy and buy a medicine which would fix the problems. You'll know... I am not surprised with it at all because I see it very often with my patients but still it is sad to hear. But then I also know from experience that I cannot help anybody who does not want the help, which is also reflected in the laziness and not wanting to do something by himself. And so I let it be... I let my friend to continue with his life. I do not want to say that my friend is going to get seriously sick tomorrow or in couple of weeks. I cannot say it because our body has a magnificent compensation and adaptation mechanism and that is why it is difficult to say when and how seriously somebody is going to get sick.

To be continued...
