Common mistakes people make when trying to lose weight

I am catching up with posting online my articles.


That thing with the weight loss started to kick off about 40 to 50 years ago and every year it is becoming more and more popular and trendy. But unfortunately despite the desire to be slim and fit there is more and more people who are fat and obese.

It is interesting that when I wrote the last sentence I came to the conclusion that we are dealing here with another pair of polarity. I have already written in couple of articles about the law of attraction and how the focus of people on the positive has automatically created the negative. And thus we have relatively few people who are mega rich and then we have millions who are poor and starving. And this imbalance started to accelerate about 40 years ago when the law of attraction has been introduced and popularised among humans.

And now I see that this is also that thing with the fat and slim people. The idea about being fit and slim ( without fat ) was popularised about 40 to 50 years ago but in reality it is the same thing as with the law of attraction. We have relatively few people who are slim and then we have more and more people are getting fatter and bigger.

And here comes another realisation. This thing with getting fatter and bigger is closely related with wanting to be rich and having more money ( greed ).

And thus you'll see... The problem with being fat and obese is multidimensional which means that this is not just about the food ( low fat ) that you eat but there are many causes behind it. And thus this is one of the reasons why you normally make one or two steps forward ( when you lose couple of kilos ) but then you fall back and you gain even more.
