About pains which you do not know that you have

This is the continuation of the previous article:

ABOUT PAINS WHICH YOU DO NOT KNOW THAT YOU HAVE - PART 5

As you can see we are moving onto deeper levels. First we have identified the pains in the body of which we were not aware of but yet they had influence on the neck which was manifested as neck pain. Then we have also realised that if we treat these "secret" points with painkillers or other treatments and through these we supress them then we will create other "finer" problems which is always the result of treating the symptoms and not the real cause. It is just that we are working now on deeper level. But if we have exactly the same kind of approach as traditional medicine which is evidently focused on treating the symptoms then we can expect the same results... don't we ?

And thus it is very important to continue the investigation and try to find the cause of the cause of the cause of the pain until we get to the very core of it. I know that for many people that may start to seem too complicated. But I can assure you that in reality it is not.

Now... to find the answers to the question of what is the cause of the cause of the pain we must again apply the principle of "the cause of the pain is not where the pain is" because in most of the cases this is the shortest way to find the effective solution.

Thus as I said it may seem to you too complicated and you may want to give up on trying to find the answers but I assure you again that this is not as difficult and not as complicated as you may believe in your mind. And if you start seeing that you feel overwhelmed by any kind of problem then it is always recommended to start writing it down on the piece of paper because then you may see directly in front of you what is the problem and what is not. I find it very helpful because I know that we have tendency to make things and problems look much bigger in the mind than it is in reality. Yeah... we can imagine in our mind pretty much anything we want. But at the same time we can make and imagine that the problems are much bigger than they are in reality. And then it is easy to give up before even trying finding any practical solution to the problem because we believe that it is over our capacity. This is what we imagine in our mind. But in the end it is only in our imagination and the reality quite often is different. And thus the answer to your problem with the neck may be as simple as correcting your posture at work where you spend 8 hours of more in front of the computer. Quite often it is a matter of changing the chair or the table and the problem with the neck will disappear naturally.

To be continued...
