7 YRS PROCESS - DAY 660 - ABOUT PAINS WHICH YOU DO NOT KNOW THAT YOU HAVE - PART 4

GO BACK

About pains which you do not know that you have

This is the continuation of the previous article:

ABOUT PAINS WHICH YOU DO NOT KNOW THAT YOU HAVE - PART 1
ABOUT PAINS WHICH YOU DO NOT KNOW THAT YOU HAVE - PART 2
ABOUT PAINS WHICH YOU DO NOT KNOW THAT YOU HAVE - PART 3

This is the question from the previous article: "Why would it be that you would complain about some tension in the shoulder and/or neck but during the experiment with touching your body you have found really painful points away from the neck and/or shoulder ?".

You'll see... this pain which is away from the area of your complain and which seems to be completely unrelated, in many cases is actually connected to your tension and pain for example in the shoulder. And this simply confirms the rule that most of the times the cause of the pain is not where the pain is. Thus for example in the case of neck pain you can massage your neck as much as you want but the improvement is not going to be long lasting. This is not a case in every single person complaining about the neck pain but yet at the same time if you had no idea whatsoever about anatomy, physiotherapy and massage but you would massage the whole body ( apart from neck ) and concentrating on finding painful points away from the neck and then correcting them, then your chance of helping a person with the neck pain would be much higher than of many of the professional therapists.

Yes... this is that simply. It is that we are taught and we got used to the belief that we need highly educated and experienced doctors and specialist from the field of medicine and that we need complicated medical equipment, which would tell us in details which tendon in the neck is being too short or too long and within this we miss the basics. We have become literally short sighted. We only focus on the neck and we miss to look at the big picture of the whole body and its dynamics of inter-connectedness and synchronization.

But this is not only about the doctors who are lost within the knowledge and information as well as the greed and the ego. It is also about almost every single person on this planet. We live in separation. We think ( focus ) only on ourselves. Actually we focus only on the ego and its desires. And within this we live in separation from our body. Yeah... we have the body but yet we kind of live outside of it and thus we don't know what is going on within it. We ignore the messages of our body which tells us at first through small pains that something is not ok. We suppress it. And when we have neck pain, we try to fix it by massaging the neck itself without being aware that the problem is somewhere else.

Well... no surprise... this is simply the result and the consequence of our ignorance and separation within the mind.

To be continued...
