Blaming the elite for the crisis and high unemployment

I am catching up with posting online my articles.

There are a lot of theories about the world's economic crisis in the last few years which has left many people without work. And some of these theories say that it was all pre-planned and organised by the elite which controls the world with the intention to get even more power. And this was supposed to be achieved through "taking" away the money from the poor ones and the middle class. If we look at the world today it seems as if the elite has succeeded. According to statistics the rich ones have more money than before the crisis which started in 2007 and there are more poor people than before.

Now... I live in Spain and I am observing a situation where there is a very high unemployment - about 25%. And in the region where I live this figure is around 35%. Yeah... that is a lot especially if we take into consideration the fact that this is a country of the European Union.

Anyway... this problem of high unemployment and also long term unemployment is visible and many people struggle to survive. By saying visible I don't mean that there are many homeless people sleeping on the streets or people who beg for food - although they are here also - but I hear and see and know that people struggle. And this is a problem.

But apart from people who struggle to survive there are also people who struggle to maintain their standard of life.

What is the difference ?

Well... the first group is struggling to buy food, clothes and pay for rent, electricity and water and the second group is struggling to pay for their 2 or 3 cars, mortgage of their nice apartments etc. Thus we have those who struggle to pay for their basic needs and those who struggle to pay for their high standard of life.

To be continued...
