I am catching up with posting online my articles.
Once I went to visit my friend and I saw that the bridge and the road which lead to his house was closed due to the roadworks. The reason for this work was the broken water pipe. Well... this is nothing special as it happens from time to time.
But what about if the same water pipe breaks at least once or twice every year and then the workers have to dig out the whole road to get to the broken pipe and repair it ? And then again... and again... and again... always the same...
And I asked myself a question: "why the responsible person within the city council doesn't use the brain and doesn't find another solution to this reoccurring problem ?". For example it would be better if the water pipe wasn't buried in the ground completely but instead it should be placed within a tunnel like structure so that it is easy to access it from the top. You know something like this because in the end it is that the city council doesn't want to spend too much money on the "alternative and effective solution" but in the end it pays much more for the reoccurring repairs.
I have observed this kind of situations on multitude occasions and I have always asked myself the same question: why don't they use their brain and why don't they see it that this is not going to work ?". And I have heard the same questions coming from the mouth of my friends and other people.
You know what ? Eventually I came to the conclusion and understanding about why this is happening. It helped me with it my studies of psychology and spirituality. But I have also come to a conclusion that it is not so much important to know why these people within the city council don't use their brain and make this kind of stupid and non-logical decisions about public works.
And do you know why ?
Because it is more important to understand why I have never asked myself this following question: "Greg... why don't you move your ass and why don't you become a member of the city council and then you could use your brain and your other skills to find effective and logical solutions to the problems like the one with the bursting water pipe on the bridge ?".
Yeah... I have never asked myself this question... And you ? Have you ?
