I am sick of eating healthy food

I am catching up with posting online my articles.


Have you ever tried to follow the healthy diet and at some point you say that you cannot do it anymore ?

And then in these moments you just grab and eat some junk food and you say: "fcuk the healthy diet... it does not taste good and it does not make me feel as good as I thought I would be !!!".

There are many reasons when you make this type of decisions of going back in to eating junk food and I hope that this article will help you to have better understanding of it.

1. Emotional issues - food can be used to suppress and cover up emotional issues. Let's say that you have a bad day or some is pissing you off or you feel guilty about something and then you look for sugar which gives you a sensation of high. It is only temporary but at least it is something to make you feel better. And this will make you go say: "fcuk it" and go back into eating junk food.
2. Wrong foods - you may think that you eating healthy food but the reality can be actually different. And this is because people have heard something on TV, read in the books or on internet but they have not tried and not tested whether this is true. It is that people take for granted very easily what somebody else says. And this is big problem because what is healthy for one person doesn't have be healthy for another one. And also there is a big difference between the milk from the cartoon with 6 month live shelf and milk straight from the cow. Or the classic example which I quite often use is that potato puree made from the powder is not the same as potato puree made from real potatoes.
3. It could be also something as simple as making changes in your life style ( stop working overtime continuously, spend time in the nature, take care of yourself etc. ) because it is placing too much stress on your body and this makes you feel tired and exhausted.

Thus when you see that you eat healthy food but you still don't feel good it doesn't mean that healthy food is not good for you. All of this means that something is not balanced in your life and you must simply to investigate it a little bit more and make the appropriate changes. This could be either emotional issue or there are some important elements and nutrients missing in your diet. Or there is also a possibility that you are developing sickness in your body and it is also worth to check up with your doctor or natural medicine specialist.

But I recommend that you don't go back so easily into the habit of eating continuously junk food. I can assure you that this is not going to make you healthier and most probably this will only supress the symptoms and allow the problems to accumulate further. And sooner or later you will pay for it.
