7 YRS PROCESS - DAY 621 - POLICE VS DEMONSTRATORS - PART 3

GO BACK

Spanish police beats demonstrators

I am catching up with posting online my articles.

This should be DAY 620. I have messed up with counting the numbers and days while catching up with posting online my articles.

This is the continuation of the previous article:

POLICE VS DEMONSTRATORS - PART 1
POLICE VS DEMONSTRATORS - PART 2

There is another important point within this whole situation. Look at the moment when the policemen get few of the demonstrators in handcuffs and walk them to the car. These people use abusive words like "mother fuckers", scum etc. ( in Spanish ) to show their disgust for the policemen. Within this I can see that these people are still operating on the emotional level and they try to make the policeman inferior than them.

But in the end neither pushing the policeman nor expressing the disgust with words is effective. The demonstrators are detained in prison and later penalized by the judge. It is obvious that the initial goal which was the objective of the demonstration is not achieved and it is a proof that this kind of demonstration is not effective at all. This is not the first time when something like this happens. We have seen it already many times and the screenplay is almost always the same.

What should we do then ? Should we stop demonstrations at all and let the current system and those who are in power to continue abusing us ? What is the constructive solution to it ?

Actually there is nothing wrong with the demonstrations. They can be very effective but we must change the starting point and learn how to get more organized and disciplined. Here are few important points to take into consideration:

1. The objective of the demonstration must be best for all.
2. The crucial point to the effective demonstration is that you must not be violent or abusive towards the police no matter what - even if they provoke you. But this is not going to be possible as long as your actions are based on the emotional rush. Thus if you are not stable emotionally then I suggest not to participate in the demonstrations because first of all you put yourself at risk of being physically hurt, injured and possibly imprisoned and secondly you endanger other people. And this is because once somebody out of the crowd starts to behave violently and abusively then the policemen have the right to act to prevent possible outburst of mass violence. And in this they will use force and beat brutally few demonstrators to scare the rest. And thus you'll see... I know that you have good intentions but your emotional instability and making irrational decisions based on emotions ( which you don't see in that moment ) endangers other demonstrators and can make the whole demonstration to fall and fail. And this is why I suggest that you do not participate in the demonstrations if you are not stable within you.
3. But at the same time we need you because the more people participate in the demonstration the more effective it can be. Thus learn how to be stable. And here I recommend the Desteni I Process course.

To be continued...
