This should be DAY 617. I have messed up with counting the numbers and days while catching up with posting online my articles.
And again... we are going to celebrate the Christmas... this special day when Jesus was born into this world. I know that that there are many people who give importance to this day/-s but yet they are not realizing that this is all bullshit. They don't realize that this is just an illusion ( we could say global illusion ) and automated reaction which makes people blind to see the facts of the reality.
I know how it is because I was there too. But I am not anymore because I had the courage to stand up and not to participate in it anymore. I say that I had to stand up because I had to face the moral pressure of the society and my family. In the beginning it was kind of hard and awkward because I had to face people who wished me "merry Christmas" and then they looked at me weird when I didn't say the same. And the same was at work with my clients.
Anyway every year it was getting easier and easier for me to say that I am not celebrating Christmas and that this is just a normal day like any other. And in the end I have also realized that this pressure of society was only in my head which I have accepted and allowed myself.
Now... somebody could ask why do I say that Christmas is bullshit ? What is wrong with it that the families get together to spend time together and make themselves surprises with presents ?
This whole idea and the concept of getting together and giving presents to each other is actually fine, innocent and noble. But unfortunately this is the surface because if you start digging deep into it and looking at all aspects of it with clarity than you will see something different.
What is the point of getting together for 1 day in a year, smile and be together if the next day we go back to our life and we do shit for another 364 days. Time after time, year after year we are repeating the same thing and the situation in the world is only getting worse.
What is the point of getting together and getting drunk ?
What is the point of buying presents which others don't need instead of helping those who really struggle with the survival in this world ( and there are so many ) ?
What is the point of buying presents if you cannot afford them and you have to take credit in the bank ?
What is the point of cutting millions of trees for few days and later throwing them out into rubbish ?
What is the point of wishing others happy Christmas and all the best if you are not going to do anything in the physical world to make this happiness become real ? You just wish, you just repeat automatically certain words and that is it.
What is the point of getting together with the families to celebrate the coming of the Christ into this world if the next day you go back to war and you kill other people instead of finding peaceful and constructive solution ? Like Jesus did...
What is the point of telling children the lies about the Santa Clause instead of telling them truth that somebody out there makes the fortune on selling the presents which have been made by people who have been forced to work long hours for little money ?
What is the point of doing all of these senseless things instead of doing something to change the world for real and make it a better place ?
