7 YRS PROCESS - DAY 583 - LIVING WITHOUT WATCHING PORN

GO BACK

Living without watching porn

I am catching up with posting online my articles.

Yeah... I used to masturbate while watching porn. But now this is the past which is gone and it is not part of my present. I have stopped doing it and I am glad that I did it. There are many reasons why I say that I am glad that I stopped this addiction. Yes... this is another type of addiction for many people in this world ( especially men ).

I did stop it with the use of logic and self-discipline because finally I realised that it is very harmful not only for myself and for many women ( who are forced either by their economic situation or literally forced under threat of physical abuse or even death )but also for the whole world.

And I have stopped it. And I am glad that I did it. And today when I am out of it and when I can see it from the outside I can see complete insanity of it. I am glad that I did it because I have learned to respect myself. And I have discovered that I can experience orgasm in my whole body and not only in the small part of it. I don't force my body into energetic orgasm which is very draining and harmful for my body and instead I experience orgasm in my whole body which is more satisfying and nurturing. And I am still discovering new things about sexuality and expressing myself through sexuality. And I know that I would never be able to do it, if I was still masturbating while watching porn.

Thus I am glad that I did it. And I encourage all of you to do the same. You will not regret it and once you do it then I doubt that you will want to come back to the old ways of masturbating while watching porn. But to know it for yourself you have to make the decision to change. And this may not be easy because then may suddenly realise that you are addicted to it although you thought all the time that watching porn is normal and not harmful or addictive. And once you see that you have allowed yourself to get addicted then you may really struggle to leave it.

Anyway it doesn't have to be this way. It all depends on you. You may quit it in an instant and never come back to it or you may struggle with it for many years - just like with quitting cigarettes or any other addiction. And thus if you struggle with this addiction then you may find support and assistance in the Desteni I Process course. This course provides practical and effective tools which can help you with stopping your addictions. But even then you may not forget that you are the one who has allowed him/herself to get addicted and thus you are the only one who can stop it.
