Hahaha... and now eating butter is healthy again

I am catching up with posting online my articles.

I am neither a doctor nor professor of medical science but I knew this already long time ago.

And how do I know it ?

Do I have access to some secret books and researches which others don't ?

NO... I simply use common sense and logic.

But for some 40 years somebody has been placing bullshit in our heads and later we have been putting shit into our bodies ( I refer to margarine and other foods which were supposed to be low in saturated fats ). Look at another fact... the amount of fat consumed in the US has gone down in the past 30 years while obesity rates have risen.

Why don't you look at the facts ?

And instead thinking for yourself critically and logically and then making decision based on it you listen to the doctors telling you what to do and what not. And we also know about the cases when the doctor tells the patient to quit smoking and start exercising while the doctor himself was obese and addicted at least to alcohol and cigarettes.

Anyway what is going to happen with the unsaturated fat industry ?

If this article about the doctor Malhotra is going to be properly published and shared online people will leave the margarines behind and they start buying butter. And the food factories will either bankrupt or they will have to restructure their production. But of course if somebody interested ( to protects their profit and other benefits ) is going to spend some money to make sure that this article is going to get unnoticed or even to disappear from the internet then the situation is going to stay for some time the way it is.

As I said before I am not a professor of medicine and you probably won't listen to me as you would listen to the Dr. Malhotra. But I tell you couple of "secrets" ( common sense ) which some scientists will tell you sooner or later and then you will try to make another change in your diet.

Anyway the butter which you buy from the supermarket is not the same as the butter that my grandmother used to do at home from the fresh milk. The first one has many additives and is highly processed while the butter made by my grandmother was made from fresh milk with almost no additives. Thus don't get completely blinded again just because somebody tells you that butter is not unhealthy anymore. Investigate the quality of that butter and the ingredients in it. It makes a huge difference for the digestive process within your body.

There is a very common practice of adding some extra vitamins into the margarine e.g. vit. D, E etc. Remember that these vitamins are chemicals which influence your body and in most cases they actually cause you more harm than benefit. Nobody has investigated your body to tell you whether you need these vitamins. It is just a commercial trick and you fall for it. But you have to pay price for it and I am not talking about paying with money but with your health.

One more "secret" which will benefit you greatly if you apply it in your life...

Eat as natural and as little processed food as possible. This simple rule will help you to keep your body much stronger and healthier.
