And this is the current human law. It has been established with the intention to protect women from the abuse by men but unfortunately it is being used for personal interests by some women against men. And it looks like we can do very little in this moment about it because the judge ( following the statistics about the domestic abuse of women ) prefers to listen to a woman telling lies ( unless the man can present undeniable proof of his innocence ), then make a mistake and make this innocent man suffer rather than take chances and risk that this man continues abusing this woman which sometimes ends up even in murder in the next domestic fight.
As I said we can do very little about it in that moment but it doesn't mean that we cannot do anything about it at all. All that would be necessary to reduce the number of cases when women want to abuse and take advantage of man, is taking away money from the equation which is the primary motivating factor in this type of situations. Yes... we all know that many women get into relationships because of the man's money and within that there are women, which later intentionally lie to the police and in the court to get the divorce and the financial benefits form their man.
You may ask: "...HTH = how the hell am I going to take away the money factor from the equation ?".
Here would be necessary to change the current economic system. I know that it seems like utopia but it doesn't meant that this is not possible at all. It all seems like utopia because of the fact that humans are lazy and because of the brainwashing done by the religion, TV etc.
Tell me... Why can we not have new and better economic system ? What is stopping us from making it real ?
In reality all that prevents it is you and the rest of the people who believe like you that this is impossible and then you do nothing about it. Thus this is all just an excuse. Because in reality all that needs to be done is to establish a new system... for example Living Income Guaranteed which eventually would be followed by Equal Money System and in this system money would not be any more a motivating factor for women to abuse and take advantage of men by telling lies in the court with the intention to get at least 50% of his wealth.
But this is going to be possible only if we do something to change the current system. There is a lot to be done to make it happen but in the end it is not as hard as we think. And for the moment we have to stick to the current law in which a woman can literally fuck up life of a man by telling lies in the court that he has abused her. This is relatively easy. And here in Spain it is even easier to get it done with the help of corrupted police and lawyers. But at the same time we must not forget that if a man rapes a woman or beats her up severely this can fuck up life a that woman as well.
Thus the way to go is to change the current system because this current system is ineffective with dealing and preventing the abuse committed by men as well as women. But it will not happen by itself. You must do it. You must do the change. Otherwise you are taking chances that you are going to be the next victim of the abuse.
