There are so many people in this world who would like to lose weight because they are obese. But many times they just say it but they don't manage to get any permanent results. There are many, many reasons for it and probably I could easily write at least one book about it. But I don't like to waste time on analysing every element of the bullshit and I rather prefer to go right to the basics, logic and the common sense. Because I know from experience that once I go directly to the core of the problem and I correct it then majority of the secondary problems which have manifested itself later as a consequence of the initial mistake, will align themselves and disappear.

Thus here are the points which will make your process of losing weight easy and effective.

1. Learn patience and self-discipline and be constant. I know that you want it to happen fast and the best it would be instantaneously but this simply doesn't work this way.
2. Learn about the nutrition and eat the food which is as natural as possible and as little processed as possible. For example potato puree made from cooked potatoes is not the same as the puree made from the powder and milk.
3. If you follow the advice of somebody, look first at how they look themselves. For example listening to your doctor telling you that you need to exercise while the doctor himself has a belly hanging out is not going to be effective. This doctor has no fucking idea about it.
4. Don't fight against your body and rather work with it. If your body is craving for something than eat it but here you must learn to differentiate between what is the craving of the body and what is the addictive impulse coming from you mind. The more you align yourself with your body the easier it will be for you to recognize the difference.
5. Magic weight loss pills and magic diets will almost never give you permanent results because quite often you follow strictly the diet ( what somebody else tells you ) but within that you are "separated" from your body and you fight against it by pushing it over the limits causing extreme stress to the body. And sooner or later you will pay for it because you either get injury or you will get sick.
6. Food is not the only reason why you are obese. Big part within it plays the genetic and the emotional problems and if you don't work with these layers then you will not be effective and you will also struggle to keep your weight and the body in good shape.
7. If you eat well then you don't need any supplements or vitamins. Most of these supplements which people use for body building and for fat burn are extremely toxic for the body and will cause you a lot of health problems in the future or even instantaneously. Don't ignore the symptoms if your body has any adverse reaction towards it. It is better to stop it rather than suffer in the future - and you will and you will regret it.
8. Once you are sick and you are taking a lot of medications the process of losing weight is much more difficult because a lot of the medications cause a lot of secondary problems within the body. But still if you eat good food than your chance of getting your health back is greater and then you can also lose weight. The only thing is that it may take you more time to achieve the desired results.


Thus losing weight is quite easy. But we make it extremely difficult because we don't use the common sense and logic and we fight with our bodies instead of working with it in harmony.
