People have different phobias - fear of spiders, cockroaches, snakes, sharks etc. Fear is not real. It is self created in the mind of a person. But still when people act on this fear they make unnecessary destruction and harm to others. The classic example is fear of sharks. There are less then 100 shark attacks on people in the whole world each year and only FEW people die from it but yet we are killing each year millions of sharks. And we are doing it simply out irrational fear which by the way has been popularized by the famous movie "The Jaws" by Steven Spielberg.
As I said this fear is not real. The animals that we fear don't necessarily want to harm us. Some of them would actually like to be friends. I have seen a documentary when a man was friend with great white shark, another one with crocodile, tigers, snakes etc. Thus it is possible to leave in peace with the "most dangerous" animals. There is no need to kill them and destroy them. This fear is self created illusion but once we act upon it we bring unnecessary harm to others. And not only animals but this type of behavior will be exactly the same towards other humans.
I forgive myself that I have not allowed myself to realise that fear is self-created illusion in my mind which I believe to be real and when I act upon it in self defence, I harm others.
I forgive myself that I have not allowed myself to realise that whenever I act upon my fear I harm innocent beings.
I forgive myself that I have not allowed myself to realise that the fear of sharks, spiders, snakes etc is self created illusion and thus I must change it within myself; or otherwise I will act upon it believing that I self defend myself and I will harm others believing that my act of harming others is justified.
I forgive myself that I have not allowed myself to realise that through my phobia I will create and manifest experiences in my life which will reflect exactly what is in my mind; and thus whenever I fear of snakes, sharks, spiders etc. I will create this type of experiences.
I forgive myself that I have not allowed myself to realise that each being creates and manifests for themselves experiences with spiders, sharks, snakes etc. But even though the person dies during this experience, it doesn't mean that all spiders, snakes, sharks, tigers etc. will behave in exactly the same way with each being. Thus I am not excused to kill and harm all sharks, snakes, spiders and justify my act based on the experience of other humans.
