7 YRS PROCESS - DAY 2 - SUICIDE - MOUNTAIN OF PROBLEMS

GO BACK

suicide

There are different ways of committing suicide and there are different reasons which lead the person to the point of making decision about suicide. And one of them is not wanting to deal any more with all of those problems which are overwhelming a person. How people get to this point ? A very common problem in our reality is that people don't deal with their problems on the go but instead they put it aside to deal with it later. And here we have the same story. There are many different ways and excuses to not deal with the problem in the moment but leave it for later. Some of the problems are big and some of them are smaller and seemingly insignificant. But in this case it is not really important whether the problem is big or small. Let's leave it on the side for the moment because I want to concentrate just on the problem itself of not dealing with the problems in the moment. Even if the problems are small they accumulate and there is more and more of them. And sooner or later all of it is going to reach a critical mass where we can no more postpone solving the problems - we are literally forced to deal with them. But here is another problem. We usually have a lot of responsibilities and on top of those responsibilities we have to deal with all of those problems that we didn't deal with before. And all starts to become kind of complicated because usually the person is not able to deal with everything at the same time.

There are different scenarios of how all of this develops later but very probable is that the person will look for new and stronger methods of avoiding dealing with the problems. And here we have the use of alcohol, drugs or anything that would numb or at least decrease the feeling of continuous pressure and stress coming from the ever escalating mountain of problems. But this cannot go on forever. The person will reach again another critical mass point in which they fall more and more into depression from the stress and inability (at least this is what the person starts to think and believe because in reality there is always a solution ) to deal effectively with the problems. The pressure coming from the problems is so big that alcohol, drugs or whatever they use is not helping to reduce the feeling inside of them and they start to consider that ending their life is the only way to eliminate and stop the problems. And once this idea is being planted in their mind like a seed it starts to grow bigger and bigger. The roots are getting deeper and deeper into the mind. There are more and more problems coming into their life. There are new problems and there are many secondary problems as a consequence of not solving the primary problems. The person becomes more and more convinced that suicide is the only and the best solution to end their problems. They become obsessed and possessed by it and if there is nobody around them who could direct them and assist them or give them advice, they quite often make it happen.

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to create a system which doesn't support and assist people in solving the problems and situations but instead it is creating more situations and more problems which lead people to the point of making decisions about suicide.
I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to create a system which promises that it will solve the problems for me but in reality the problems are being suppressed and covered with a beautiful bullshit.

How do I correct practically this point my life ? I have realised that if there is a problem or situation which requires my attention, follow this simple guideline: "sooner or later that things will have to be done by me and I will have to face the consequences of my actions and creations from the past and I decide to do them sooner even though certain situations are not always pleasant". This way I get things done and I don't have to live under constant pressure. Whenever I come to the point when the problems accumulate more then normal I assess the whole situation and I simply don't take anymore responsibilities which are not critically important and I focus my attention on solving all the problems which are in front of me. This way I get the things done and I don't allow to come even close to the point where I would consider suicide because I am overwhelmed by the mountain of problems.

It is easy to take on many responsibilities but it is even more challenging to accomplish them. Thus make a wise choice of which responsibilities you want to take on and make them happen. And later you will be able to take on other responsibilities and make them also happen.

At the moment I am taking on the responsibility of implementation of Equal Money System in the world step by step and breath by breath I am making it happen.
